Job description / Your role:
- Manage specifications and requirements for AOCS/GNC equipment, including components such as reaction wheels and other actuators
- Play a key role in the design, simulation, and validation of our reaction wheel product family
- Design and develop AOCS/GNC subsystems, including hardware and software integration
- Develop, implement, and verify AOCS/GNC control algorithms and embedded software
- Perform system-level and component-level AOCS/GNC analyses and simulation campaigns
- Create and maintain analysis and simulation tools for AOCS/GNC performance evaluation
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design descriptions and analysis reports
- Support qualification and testing activities of AOCS/GNC equipment
- Contribute to product definition and system architecture with a focus on AOCS/GNC performance and integration
Qualification Checklist:
- University degree (or equivalent) in engineering, aerospace, or a related technical field
- Relevant professional experience in AOCS/GNC engineering
- Hands-on experience in the space industry, particularly with AOCS/GNC subsystems and software
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for control system design and simulation
- Strong theoretical background in estimation and control theory

Job description / Your role:
- Take full responsibility for the development of our cybertronic products, typically comprising one or more electric actuators, electronics, mechanical structures, software, and harnesses
- Supervise and coordinate all engineering activities required for product development, qualification, and industrial manufacturing
- Lead system engineering efforts for integrated mechanism products, ensuring performance and compliance across subsystems
- Define and manage system-level performance budgets (e.g. mass, power, thermal)
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design descriptions, development schedules, and test specifications
- Support product testing and qualification processes from prototype to flight-ready hardware
- Contribute to the Simultaneous Engineering process by collaborating with industrial process engineering teams to scale production

Job description / Your role:
- Serve as the owner of our Product Quality (QA) and Product Assurance (PA) processes for space electronics
- Ensure that LEOspace electronic systems are designed, tested, and qualified to perform reliably in the space environment
- Manage specifications and coordinate test and qualification activities in line with emerging New Space standards
- Support electrical engineering teams in selecting components suited for space applications, with a strong focus on radiation resilience
- Provide QA/PA support throughout the entire product lifecycle, from early design phases through production and deployment
- Lead FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) workflows across development stages
- Coordinate with external test providers and support procurement processes for the testing of electronic components
- Contribute to industrial process engineering within our Simultaneous Engineering approach, enabling scalable production of space-qualified products
Qualification Checklist:
- University degree (or equivalent) in electrical engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in the space sector, particularly with electrical systems and components
- Expertise in requirements engineering and in drafting specifications at the equipment, unit, and component levels
- Knowledge of COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) component qualification, including delta qualification for space use
- Familiarity with radiation testing methodologies for COTS components and experience in part screening for space environments

- Define and develop test procedures for LEOspace products, including actuators, electronics, reaction wheels, and mechanisms
- Design and develop test facilities, while supporting procurement activities to enhance product development and testing

- Execute tests required to de-risk or qualify our products
